June 26,27,28 2015 Last weekend in June. Decisions need to be made for how many transmitters, starting time, antennas.
Station Captain – Collect, transport, setup, test, and disassemble a single or multiband station.
Transceiver, Amplifier, amplifier keying circuit/cable, spare fuses, tuner, mouse, pad, USB hub, router, computer, cw, Dunestar, ferrite chokes.Power meter, interconnection cables, headsets, splitter, footswitch, RTTY interface, Station connection map and operators guide. N1MM+ guide,
Antennas and Coax- Locate and inspect all antenna parts, Get enough coax, radials, connectors, switches, barrel connectors, silicone tape. Construction documentation, tools list for assembly, supervise antenna assembly and disassembly at site. Need 7/16” box end wrenches.
Towers and Masts- main tower, 15m tower, 10m mast.
Administration – Contact Gerard, MEO, Pacific Portables, I&L rentals, Kihei Renta Car, Press Release Invitees, Welcome Desk, SignIn Sheets, Edit Log, and Submit, Thankyou letters.
Power- Diagram Field Day site, Locate and Inspect sufficient power cords to support each station. Power strip for each station, ground rod, backup generator and gasoline
Logistics- Tent, tables and chairs, desklamps, fan, outside lighting, water, ice, snacks, Saturday night dinner, coffee pot, trash, transportation, a list of who’s bringing what.
